If there’s one surfer whose fitness secrets we’d all love to know it has gotta be Mick Fanning. His supreme fitness helped him to overcome two potentially career-ending injuries and played no small part in his three world titles, not to mention allowing him to box a Great White into submission!

Here Mick generously lets us in on his at-home surf fitness workout. We’re not sure how many world titles it will garner among the general surfing population, but it’ll help keep your isolation rigs in good condition while we wait out Covid-19.
