The Vans Surf Duct Tape Invitational Finale was held in Hawaii on December 5th as part of The Duct Tape Festival- a unique, all-inclusive beach celebration honouring innovation, creativity and craftsmanship in surf culture.
Travelling around the world, The Duct Tape Festival aims to remove the barrier between athlete and spectator providing attendees the chance to engage directly with athletes through surfing, art, music. This year the event featured a library of boards shaped by world-renowned surfers Harry Bryant, Hanna Scott, Wolle Nyvelt, and Imaiakalani Devault and concluded with the grand finale taking place at Pu’aena Point Beach Park in Haleiwa, Hawaii.
